Key Responsibilities

  • •Design engineering solutions, including methods, operation sequences, and processes for manufacturing parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  • •Develop cost estimates, capacity models, time standards, production area layouts, and tooling/process recommendations for new product introductions.
  • •Collaborate with management and internal/outsourced manufacturing and development partners to ensure process and standards compliance and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • •Lead a project team of manufacturing engineers and partners to develop and execute reliable, cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing solutions from new-product introduction through the end of the lifecycle.
  • •Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology or manufacturing-related engineering discipline (or equivalent).
