Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Spellbook’s social media calendar end-to-end across every platform, from ideation through scheduling and publishing.
  • •Balance day-to-day content with a longer-term strategy tied to milestones, product launches, and pipeline goals.
  • •Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and DMs in a timely, on-brand way and build relationships with the legal tech community.
  • •Define and protect Spellbook’s voice and visual identity across social channels; partner with Marketing, Product, and executives to turn news and thought leadership into shareable content.
  • •Build a measurement-driven growth strategy using metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and share of voice, improving based on what the data shows.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record growing organic social reach and engagement with specific numbers and outcomes.
  • •Experience running social media for a B2B SaaS company and translating technical, less-visual products for social.
  • •Able to own the full social calendar independently, including caption writing and publishing.
  • •Strong strategist and operator—planning content while also turning around timely posts quickly.
  • •Comfortable using social management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native analytics) to improve performance.
