Job Summary

Serve as a senior commercial legal partner for complex, high-value enterprise transactions across the Americas. Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of the company’s most complex, high-value commercial transactions, including enterprise SaaS and technology-related agreements involving AI and emerging technologies.
•Advise sales leadership and senior stakeholders on commercial strategy, deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and legal risk to accelerate revenue while protecting the company.
•Manage and mentor assigned attorneys on the Americas commercial legal team, providing guidance on complex negotiations and performance feedback.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex commercial and operational issues and support new products, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives.
•Continuously improve commercial agreement templates, playbooks, policies, and legal processes; evaluate AI-enabled legal technologies and workflows to enhance legal operations and contracting efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•JD or equivalent U.S. law degree with active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
•10+ years of commercial legal experience supporting SaaS technology companies, including leading complex, high-value enterprise technology transactions with Fortune 500 customers.
•Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing attorneys.
•Significant experience with data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) plus information security terms and technology contracting.
•Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong business judgment to balance legal risk and business objectives.
