Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities in labs, the field, and depot facilities (travel may be required).
  • •Conduct product qualification, failure analysis, and root-cause/corrective action using advanced test equipment.
  • •Perform performance evaluations using MATLAB and other analysis tools and deliver results through technical reports and briefings.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware and implement minor design changes while maintaining engineering specifications, schematics, assembly drawings, and engineering databases.
  • •Coordinate system-level technical discussions across Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Chief Engineering, and provide guidance to IPTLs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a STEM discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics).
  • •Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with Electronic Warfare and radar systems integration, verification, and validation.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • •Experience troubleshooting electronic technical issues using common commercial test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer).
  • •Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/radar system test equipment (preferred).
