Job Summary

Support airborne and space-based electronic warfare programs by integrating hardware and software and executing integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities in lab, field, and depot environments. Perform qualification, failure analysis, and root-cause/corrective actions using advanced test equipment, then evaluate performance and communicate results via technical reports and briefings. Help transition systems across the lifecycle and coordinate with Program Management and Systems Engineering on system-level issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities in labs, the field, and depot facilities (travel may be required).
•Conduct product qualification, failure analysis, and root-cause/corrective action using advanced test equipment.
•Perform performance evaluations using MATLAB and other analysis tools and deliver results through technical reports and briefings.
•Troubleshoot hardware and implement minor design changes while maintaining engineering specifications, schematics, assembly drawings, and engineering databases.
•Coordinate system-level technical discussions across Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Chief Engineering, and provide guidance to IPTLs.

Key Requirements

•Degree in a STEM discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics).
•Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with Electronic Warfare and radar systems integration, verification, and validation.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
•Experience troubleshooting electronic technical issues using common commercial test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer).
•Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/radar system test equipment (preferred).
