Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with ownership of all Royalty Statements, coordinating across departments to reconcile revenue, COGS, and other expenses for end-of-tour settlements.
  • •Oversee data calculations for settlement accuracy, supporting approvals and payment submissions.
  • •Conduct QuickBooks and general ledger research to analyze account balances and transactions, preparing journal entries as needed.
  • •Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting and handle daily banking and QuickBooks reconciliations.
  • •Support month-end close, including reconciling financial statements and researching/collecting open accounts receivable invoicing.
