Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end greenfield development and operational handover of an electronics/avionics manufacturing facility.
  • •Coordinate land development, civil construction, utilities installation, infrastructure readiness, and commissioning for manufacturing areas.
  • •Ensure compliance with Indian laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, safety, labor, environmental, fire/life safety, building approvals, and required permits).
  • •Oversee site infrastructure and maintenance (HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, power redundancy, water treatment, fire protection, and facility support).
  • •Support aerospace quality compliance (AS9100/ISO systems) and readiness for customer, regulatory, and certification audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related).
  • •18–20 years of progressive industrial manufacturing leadership, including greenfield projects from concept through production startup.
  • •Minimum 10 years in senior plant management, site leadership, or factory management roles.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in electronics manufacturing, PCBA operations, aerospace electronics/avionics, and high-reliability industries.
  • •Proven track record managing large industrial facilities and multidisciplinary teams with strong governance and compliance.
