Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach managers on performance management, associate development, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
  • •Address employee concerns and conduct investigations; advise on corrective action and documentation.
  • •Lead local hourly and salaried hiring needs, interview/selection processes, and onboarding activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws; maintain records and support audits and HR data management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • •Strong employee relations and investigation skills, including advising on corrective action and performance improvement plans.
