Human Resources Business Partner - Distribution Center

Serve as the primary HR partner for a Distribution Center of about 50 associates, advising local leadership and coaching managers on performance, development, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Lead local hiring and onboarding, support annual performance and talent processes, and drive engagement and retention initiatives. Conduct workplace investigations, maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and partner with HR teams to support audits and HR data management.
