Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom at Celebration Park by observing children, assisting with individualized and small-group activities, and helping maintain a calm, orderly learning environment. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families and collaborate with Lead Guides and the team to strengthen classroom community. Contribute to children’s independence, confidence, and love of learning while developing within the Montessori approach through sponsored training and mentorship.
