Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain participants to support compliant project delivery.
  • •Analyze, track, and support critical milestone activities to help avoid schedule delays.
  • •Support project governance by implementing processes, systems, and best practices across assigned projects.
  • •Prepare formal project status reports and other required documentation; monitor progress and ensure approved design standards are followed.
  • •Support forecasting and cost control efforts, including value engineering and constructability reviews when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in construction project management or consulting.
  • •Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction projects (preferred).
  • •Ability and willingness to work in the San Francisco office and travel to project sites as needed.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and construction project management platforms such as Procore.
