•Define and communicate the long-term product design vision and ensure alignment with brand identity and revenue targets across senior leadership.
•Architect and oversee end-to-end growth experiences including conversion, expansion, retention, onboarding, activation, and engagement loops.
•Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of UX designers, content strategists, and researchers across multiple locations.
•Integrate AI tools into design workflows to accelerate prototyping, research synthesis, and content generation.
•Lead design reviews and act as a bridge between design, product management, and engineering to drive strategic, measurable outcomes.
