Manage Specialty Merchant Acquirers and Payment Facilitators within Mastercard’s Specialty Merchant Registration Program. Serve as the primary customer-facing interface, overseeing supplemental licensing and registration, assessing risk levels, and driving escalation decisions such as conditional approvals or declines. Build internal and external reporting to surface performance issues, engage customers when rules are violated, and deliver consulting engagements (trainings and optimization projects) to improve acquirer performance and compliance.
