Key Responsibilities

  • •Support proposal activities such as market research and proposal document preparation.
  • •Create project materials and facilitate meetings and other project activities.
  • •Coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders to achieve project KPIs and maintain effective ongoing engagement.
  • •Identify client issues and risks, evaluate solutions, and develop roadmaps to propose solution implementation.
  • •Manage delivery challenges, concretize delivery plans, and oversee progress, costs, and team members’ work.
  • •Act as a field lead by building shared understanding with stakeholders and performing reporting activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Have experience leading IT projects as TL/PL/PM (any scale) or system development/build with experience considering/architecting solutions.
  • •Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to proactively contribute across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and other parties.
  • •Have client-facing experience and a track record of project execution at an SIer/consulting firm or in a business company (requirements gathering, data analysis, proposing actions, and documentation).
  • •Serve as a project manager’s proxy with team management experience, deliverable quality control, and member development.
  • •Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 level).
