Originate residential first mortgage loans from outside referrals, owning each loan from application through closing. Build referral relationships with realtors, builders, and other contacts while meeting sales and cross-selling objectives. Complete applications using Fannie Mae Form 1003, review credit and rate information, transmit loans to LOMAS, assemble documentation, manage the pipeline, and provide timely updates to branches and applicants while following risk and regulatory requirements.
