F&B Production Assistant

Support the Food & Beverage Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing Food & Beverage operations across the Fan Zones. Assist throughout Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out by supervising installation of bars, kitchens, equipment, and signage; coordinating with operators, suppliers, and contractors; verifying outlets meet standards before opening; and acting as the on-site operational point of contact while maintaining incident logs and operational records.
