Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead sales presentations and technical demos, effectively communicating the benefits of our platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions with prospects to uncover requirements, challenges, and opportunities; develop customized solutions and write proposals.
•Own the sales process from discovery to contract signing, ensuring customer expectations are clearly understood and met.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and materials, ensuring alignment with market messaging and customer needs; provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
•Manage inbound leads and deal qualification, contributing to the development of commercial offers and guiding opportunities through the pre-sales cycle.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a technical sales engineering or solutions engineering role, preferably in telecommunications or with MVNx.
•Experience working directly with MVNOs and a strong background in telecommunications technology and solution sales.
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and telecommunications software solutions (including BSS/OSS).
•Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the MVNO space.
•Fluent English and Spanish language skills for customer engagement and presentations.
