Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate packaging machinery to ensure safe, continuous, efficient production and product flow.
  • •Monitor codes, dates, prices, and machine performance (speed, seals, end seals/back seals) and adhere to weight control programs.
  • •Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting; set up/change over machines for different products and run at standard speeds.
  • •Maintain adequate roll stock/packaging materials and perform sanitation cleanup and shutdown procedures.
  • •Complete shift documentation, perform preventative maintenance (including minor scale repairs/adjustments), and report maintenance problems promptly.
