Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development; contribute to the creation of deliverables.
  • •Research, gather and document data using several methods to conduct research activities; identify issues, formulate and test hypotheses.
  • •Organize and analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights; develop presentations on findings and insights.
  • •Present results to team members and clients; conduct and document meetings and interviews with clients.
  • •Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results; take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client.

Key Requirements

  • •3 - 4.5 years of experience in consulting, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
  • •Experience in Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence.
  • •Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
  • •Strong time management and the ability to multitask.
  • •Excellent leadership and communication skills.
