Serve as a trusted partner to the Co-CEO and President, translating ambitious growth plans into executable operating rhythms across the organization. Own long-term corporate strategy, governance, decision rights, and scenario analysis, while designing ways of working and performance frameworks. Embed OKRs and scorecards, manage executive meeting/board outputs, and drive cross-functional integration—using AI-enabled workflows to increase velocity and quality from day one.

Key Responsibilities

•Research, construct, and support long-term corporate strategy with the Co-CEO and President, cascading it into business unit priorities.
•Operationalize the operating model to align business units on growth priorities and accountability.
•Own the executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, offsites, and board/committee reviews, ensuring decisions are actioned and embedded.
•Translate strategic direction into actions, owners, and timelines; hold stakeholders accountable and resolve stalled decisions.
•Embed OKRs and business performance scorecards and provide data-driven insights to inform executive decisions.

Key Requirements

•6–10 years owning outcomes in high-growth or high-complexity environments.
•Experience as Chief of Staff, Director of Strategy & Operations, COO, or a senior operator in a high-velocity technology company (or equivalent strategy consulting with operational delivery).
•Experience building or running a critical function through rapid growth, transformation, or M&A.
•Demonstrable track record of closing decisions and workstreams at pace without loss of quality.
•Strong written communication, ability to handle complexity independently, and genuinely AI-native approach to workflows and operating design.
