Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead governance and delivery management across multiple programs and projects within the MCM portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and controls.
  • •Own and facilitate portfolio reporting processes including status reporting, executive governance reporting, health checks, and delivery transparency initiatives.
  • •Coordinate forecasting and project financial governance activities, including financial reporting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain governance artifacts such as PWG/PSG materials, project health checks, RAID reporting, decision logs, dependency tracking, and audit evidence repositories.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional governance forums and provide onboarding, mentoring, and training for project managers and delivery teams on Clarity PPM and governance reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience supporting project, program, PMO, governance, or portfolio management functions.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise governance frameworks, portfolio governance, stage gating, and audit control environments.
  • •Proficiency with Clarity PPM and project financial management processes.
  • •Experience managing executive reporting, governance forums, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Financial management skills including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
