Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, engineer, configure, implement, commission, and provide ongoing support/maintenance and upgrades for OT, enterprise applications, and connected services.
  • •Drive alignment and standardization of OT/ICT/cybersecurity implementation and services to deliver more connected, operational-critical solutions.
  • •Coordinate installation, upgrades, and maintenance to reduce risk, cycle times, variation, and cost of delivering and servicing customer solutions.
  • •Collaborate with regional and ICT engineering teams to ensure correct implementation of ICT and cybersecurity products and services.
  • •Work with peers to streamline delivery using digital deployment tools and centralized deployment standards.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining Building Automation Systems (BAS), enterprise applications, and/or connected services.
  • •1-3 years of experience with building automation technologies and enterprise applications such as HVAC/BMS, DVM/CCTV, building security, energy management, and OBS.
  • •1-3 years of hands-on networking experience using TCP/IP/UDP (VLANs, segmentation, switching/routing, default gateways, static routes, DHCP, DNS, NAT, firewall rules, VPN/remote access, and network ports/services).
  • •1-3 years of troubleshooting experience to diagnose connectivity and communication issues across servers, controllers, workstations, field devices, and third-party systems using tools such as ping, tracert/traceroute, ARP, nslookup, netstat, packet captures, and Wireshark.
  • •College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (automation, controls, electronics, networking, IT, engineering, or CS) or equivalent relevant experience; valid driver’s license for frequent customer site visits.
