Staff Backend Engineer, Alerting

Build and maintain critical backend systems for Grafana Alerting, helping users manage alerts on-prem and at massive scale in cloud. Work with a remote, backend-focused team to deliver new features, drive projects from ideation through operations, and ensure reliability, performance, and availability. Contribute to distributed alert ingestion, delivery, and evaluation, take part in on-call, and mentor teammates while collaborating across Grafana Cloud and the wider open-source project ecosystem.
