Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive department processes through Eaton Business Systems to support safety, quality, output, machinery performance, and cost reduction.
  • •Align operations with the Quality Management System and promote a no-defect, process-oriented culture linked from strategy to actions.
  • •Execute daily and weekly production planning: assign work schedules, review in-process inventory, manage overtime, and meet on-time delivery requirements.
  • •Run continuous improvement through ECIS by using standard work, daily accountability, and 5S practices.
  • •Lead team performance: set accountability meetings, coach employees on safety/quality/productivity, facilitate cross-training, and initiate maintenance work orders as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of Production Supervisor/Team Lead experience.
  • •At least 1 year of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to work weekend overtime as assigned on a rotating basis.
  • •Relocation willingness within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI (50-mile limitation applies unless you are an Active Duty Military Service member).
  • •Preferred: experience supporting continuous improvement practices and supervisory responsibilities, including Lean/Six Sigma certifications and SAP planning/ordering functions.
