Store Manager (m/w/d)

Lead and motivate the team at the Flagship Store Berlin Kudamm, using initiative to drive sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. Implement and continuously improve retail operating processes, ensure flawless execution of key store routines (including inventory and profit/loss), and communicate KPI performance. Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards and create an outstanding in-store experience through strong leadership, communication, and hands-on retail expertise.
