Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Kaizen team to facilitate or lead Kaizen events and complete related action items.
  • •Resolve issues by engaging front office personnel and shop floor teams to implement improvements.
  • •Identify and eliminate waste across manufacturing and business processes.
  • •Support departments in achieving cost savings and continuous improvement goals using Eaton’s Continuous Improvement System methodologies.
  • •Create and update Standard Work Instructions and lead training and implementation of 5S methodology.

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • •1 year of experience using Lean tools in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Legally eligible to work in Canada with no company sponsorship.
  • •Must reside within 100 km of the Perth facility.
  • •Experience with internal audits (5S, ISO) and operational assessments, and/or formal Lean training such as Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Education:Associate's in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Quality, Supply Chain (or related)
