Relationship Banker / Senior Relationship Banker - Houston Area

Provide an industry-leading client experience both in person and by phone, building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Consultatively match clients with deposit, credit, and other product and service solutions, support team sales routines, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train for teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending options, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while meeting service and branch sales targets.
