Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow merchant partnerships and drive revenue in Taiwan. Key Responsibilities

•Lead achievement of revenue targets by assessing and adjusting merchant strategies.
•Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align merchant and client experience.
•Build and maintain merchant relationships to improve voucher conversions and client NPS, and increase sales/volume in Taiwan.
•Lead solution discovery and propose Edenred solutions for strategic partners, identifying product gaps and coordinating value-added services.

Key Requirements

•Over 8 years of work experience, including 5+ years in relevant areas such as online travel agencies, e-commerce, e-vouchers, payment solutions, or loyalty programs.
•University degree; a business or related major is preferred.
•Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and build win-win agreements.
•Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
•Good verbal and written proficiency in English and Mandarin, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.
