Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales on the store floor while delivering outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll help run daily operations across departments, manage POS and stockroom activities, and support merchandising and visual presentation. As a key holder, handle opening/closing responsibilities, cash handling, and store readiness. Work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals, champion a positive team culture, and adhere to asset protection and inventory control standards.
