Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle day-to-day client interaction and relationship servicing, including documentation, maintenance, and account servicing.
  • •Work with clients and/or Wealth Advisors to obtain applicant and financial information for new accounts or loans.
  • •Provide detailed information on specific accounts and build rapport to ensure service excellence.
  • •Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
  • •Perform proactive monthly client outreach and participate in Calling Days.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma
  • •2 years customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft suite when supporting a Wealth Advisor role
  • •Notary Public
  • •Required to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
