Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize Track equipment processes to improve productivity and support capacity expansion and cost efficiency.
  • •Ensure stable equipment operation for ramp-up and cost-focused business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with equipment vendors and materials/components suppliers to develop and implement innovative technologies.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional communication and lead improvement activities with managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • •Coordinate with domestic and international fabrication sites to contribute to company-wide technology deployment.
