Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product change management (PCM) and control processes for unreleased product approval and control, including ECO approval and PCN implementation with Global Product Support.
  • •Manage field service related activities by reviewing, approving, and filtering system feedback with customer impact.
  • •Ensure accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs via CaRM reviews and BOM accuracy checks.
  • •Own common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC, including component roadmaps for part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
  • •Manage strategic vendor issues and changes to the product after release, whether driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands, or supply obsolescence.
