Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a pipeline of consumer loan applications.
  • •Interact with customers, bankers/underwriters, and third-party service providers during loan origination.
  • •Proactively communicate by phone and email to explain terms, requirements, and conditions and obtain acceptance.
  • •Expedite the origination process by keeping parties updated and communicating new transaction information.
  • •Follow up on outstanding documents, research and resolve application issues, and cross-sell/up-sell loan products.

Key Requirements
