Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain software for flight and mission simulators to ensure reliability and performance.
•Modernize legacy code bases by adding enhancements and new features while maintaining stability and optimization.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate software with hardware for seamless real-time, mission-critical operation.
•Contribute to projects using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in legacy and real-time systems to meet high pilot-training standards.

Salary: USD 125,700 - 138,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience in software engineering for mission-critical or real-time environments.
•Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for ensuring software reliability in high-stakes training environments.
•Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship required.
•Flexibility for occasional overtime, shift work, weekend work, and CONUS travel.
