Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, coordinate, and continuously develop onboarding programs and training measures to provide a smooth and consistent learning experience for new and existing employees.
  • •Ensure reliable execution and coordination of mandatory trainings—especially Health & Safety and Food Safety—at the site, on time and at high quality.
  • •Identify training needs and development opportunities with leaders and subject-matter experts, and derive practical learning measures.
  • •Create, update, and maintain training materials, document training progress, and continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • •Serve as a functional and disciplinary leader of the Learning Team on site: support, coach, and ensure consistent training quality; analyze training efficiency and implement improvement actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree or comparable qualification in adult education, Learning & Development, or a related field, plus several years of experience in training or learning management (ideally in production or logistics).
  • •Proven experience delivering training and onboarding programs operationally, including practical use of different training techniques.
  • •Experience designing and moderating trainings (e.g., communication or conflict resolution), plus experience with training matrices and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • •Strong collaboration with stakeholders and proven people leadership / team management experience.
  • •Analytical mindset to interpret training data and derive corrective improvement measures; proficient with MS Office and GSuite; German and English proficiency (spoken and written).
