•Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
•Monitor and manage stock levels for ingredients used in their section, assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies.
•Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on proper cooking techniques and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field; Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years relevant experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus; strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations; ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff; adherence to health and safety regulations and proper food handling practices
