Account Executive- Behavioral Health (Blair County, PA)

Own day-to-day relationships for a behavioral health client, supporting account strategy that drives retention and growth. Coordinate internal matrix partners (IT, Finance, Product Development, Claims, Legal) to maintain satisfaction, ensure SLA performance, and support compliance and audit readiness. Define and present customer reporting with analytics and recommendations, manage revenue/cost-of-care targets, and drive upsell and renewal activities including rates and contractual terms.
