Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute procurement strategy for Sika Korea, driving cost reduction, supply security, and risk management.
  • •Lead purchasing operations and ensure efficient end-to-end procurement execution, including PR, PO, invoices, and payments coordination.
  • •Deliver annual savings and productivity targets, and track/improve procurement KPIs, supplier performance, process efficiency, and working capital metrics.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for raw materials, packaging, CAPEX, indirect spend, logistics, and services; manage selection, qualification, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
  • •Ensure compliance with Sika policies and applicable regulations and support sustainability/ESG initiatives within the supply base while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Requirements

  • •Procurement management experience in manufacturing, chemical, automotive, industrial, or construction-related industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical or commercial.
  • •Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost management.
  • •Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • •Team leadership experience is an advantage.
