•Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for VIA payment processing capabilities aligned to organizational goals.
•Manage intake, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the Visa Platform Connect feature backlog.
•Partner with development and engineering to define end-to-end requirements, track execution, and commercialize payment products.
•Interpret payment network mandates and compliance requirements to ensure ongoing compliance, translating mandates into delivery plans.
•Support end-to-end payment product delivery, including defining scope, creating functional test scenarios, securing UAT sign-offs, and preparing release communications.

•Understanding transaction processing services (fraud, risk, digital, mobile) and payment standards including ISO 8583, EMV, 3DS, and PSD2.
•Strong influencing skills to lead diverse cross-functional teams across time zones without direct authority.
