Key Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain excellent working relationships with client teams, designers, consultants, sub-contractors and 3rd party stakeholders.
•Maintain the company’s reputation for collaboration by delivering safely on time, within budget, with quality of finish and defect-free work.
•Manage the operational aspects of the project to minimise risks and maximise opportunities.
•Develop and maintain a robust construction programme, updated to reflect all project time constraints.
•Ensure procurement schedule is produced and aligned to the construction programme; oversee appointment of all sub-contractors and suppliers; manage the construction phase health and safety plan and HSQE compliance.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Project Director with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
•End-to-end construction delivery experience on larger schemes (£100m - £500m)
•Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of construction procedures
•MCIOB and degree qualified in a related subject
•Up-to-date knowledge of building legislation and Health & Safety legislation
