Job Summary

Provide technical guidance and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) programs to ensure compliance and build a culture of safety across CHS Ag Retail operations. This onsite role supports multiple locations in northwestern Minnesota and eastern North Dakota, coordinating EH&S requirements, training employees/contractors/visitors, conducting audits and inspections, and supporting incident investigations and return-to-work processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate compliance with federal, state, local, and company EH&S requirements.
•Implement EH&S plans, programs, policies, and procedures to support a safe culture.
•Conduct EH&S training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
•Perform EH&S audits, workplace inspections, job safety analysis, and maintain recordkeeping.
•Participate in incident investigations, manage documentation, and facilitate employee return to work.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•2+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and/or Safety.
•Agriculture background, facility operation, and management experience.
•Understanding of construction practices and principles.
•Ability to complete OSHA 30 hour construction training certification program.
