Manage a client portfolio within Global Trade Solutions to maintain existing relationships and generate new income. •Manage a client portfolio to maintain existing business and generate new income through sector/portfolio planning and ongoing monitoring/contact.
•Manage portfolio customers and run end-to-end client management to ensure superior client experience.
•Manage costs within plan using effective and proactive client management activities.
•Promote awareness of Receivables Finance (RF) products, strategies, and competitor information with colleagues.
•Maintain awareness of the regulatory and business environment, including audit, tax, and legal implications and changes impacting customers and the Bank.
