Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the venue safe and clean, including disinfecting restroom fixtures and maintaining guest-facing areas free of trash.
  • •Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed and maintain neat, orderly work areas.
  • •Perform emergency/unscheduled and scheduled maintenance repairs for production equipment during production and machine service.
  • •Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test equipment, and make adjustments using manuals and work orders.
  • •Support sustainability efforts (e.g., sorting waste and collecting recycling) and assist with end-of-show venue closing tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent production maintenance experience.
  • •Able to work independently and stay highly motivated.
  • •Position requires constant walking and climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs, and occasional sitting.
  • •Completion of maintenance experience performing mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • •An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
