Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end quality strategy for an AI-first web application across prompt/agent layer, in-browser experience, and generated output.
•Compose, build, and maintain web test automation and underlying infrastructure for fast, deterministic, developer-friendly testing.
•Stand up evaluation harnesses for automated workflows, including golden prompt suites, regression baselines, model/version comparisons, and hallucination/safety checks with human-in-the-loop pipelines.
•Ensure quality for real-time web performance, resilience, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser/cross-device coverage.
•Embed quality into CI/CD using release gates to catch regressions, reduce flake, and convert production telemetry into pre-submit signals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,400 - 221,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
•8+ years in customer-facing software quality / SDET roles.
•Automation experience with modern web frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or similar) and strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills; Python is a plus.
•Experience designing test strategy for AI/ML/LLM-powered features, including prompt regression/evaluation and safety or drift testing.
•Strong fundamentals in API testing, performance/load testing, and observability tooling (Datadog, Splunk, Sentry, OpenTelemetry, or similar).
