Job Summary

Lead project management for Finance AI initiatives, bringing governance, structure, and delivery rigor to a growing AI portfolio. Own intake, prioritization, pilots, and measurable value realization, while coordinating across Finance, GBSC Tech, AI/Automation, governance, risk, data, and controls partners. Establish operating rhythms and executive reporting, manage dependencies and risks, communicate program health to senior leadership, and continuously improve scalable delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project and program management for Finance AI initiatives, including AI literacy, idea intake and prioritization, quick-win use cases, priority pilots, and value realization tracking.
•Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committee routines, working team cadences, decision logs, RAID management, escalation paths, and executive reporting standards.
•Coordinate across Finance, GBSC Tech, AI/Automation, AI CoE, AI Governance, Risk, Data, Controls, and other partners to shape, govern, and execute initiatives.
•Develop and distribute executive-ready status updates, dashboards, decision materials, and progress reports covering scope, progress, risks, dependencies, and business value.
•Drive cross-functional alignment by identifying blockers, managing tradeoffs, resolving issues, and keeping workstreams moving toward agreed outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 236,000 annually

•Strong project and program management experience managing multiple workstreams, executive stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
•Proven ability to establish program governance, operating rhythms, decision forums, escalation paths, and executive-level communications.
•Expert executive communication skills to synthesize complex, data-backed information into clear narratives for senior leadership.
•Experience with AI, automation, data, digital transformation, finance transformation, or technology-enabled business change initiatives is preferred.
