Business Analyst - Retail Energy

Support retail energy transformation initiatives by translating complex client business needs into effective technology solutions. You’ll facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business and functional requirements, create BRDs, user stories, and process models, and assess current vs. future-state processes to identify gaps and improvements. Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to bridge business and technology, and deliver reports, presentations, and consulting documentation for solution delivery.
