Key Requirements

  • •A relevant tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire/Hydraulics Engineering, ideally with 20+ years in the building services industry in Australia.
  • •Chartered Engineer and relevant registrations.
  • •Extensive experience in building engineering, including design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary building services projects.
  • •Proven experience in a senior technical, project or business leadership role.
  • •Strong commercial understanding and a track record of client engagement, commercial management and negotiations, including business development and winning work.
