Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end design process for AI-enabled drug discovery tools, including user research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design system, and dashboards
  • •Wrap cutting-edge AI models into intuitive tools that scientists find indispensable for their work
  • •Improve clarity, consistency, and user delight in a highly technical domain while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • •Communicate design decisions clearly and synthesize complex science for non-design stakeholders, while incorporating feedback from users and engineers
  • •Guide the product to market by iterating rapidly and maintaining a user-centric design focus

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing exceptional products with end-to-end ownership of complex technologies for specialized domain experts
  • •Designed AI-first products that break the mold and do new things in new ways
  • •Comfortable building low-fi sketches, polished Figma files, interactive prototypes, and whatever else is needed for the job at hand
  • •Excited to dive into the domain of molecular biology, drug discovery and AI/ML
  • •Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions and synthesize complex science for cross-functional audiences
