Job Summary

Provide comprehensive legal support for Pandora in Mexico City, focusing on labor & employment law and consumer protection, while also covering general commercial and civil matters. Partner with local leadership and functional teams to ensure legal compliance, manage risk, and deliver pragmatic solutions. Serve as a LATAM legal point of contact for markets including Panama, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina in coordination with the Global Legal team and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day legal advice on Mexican labor law, including terminations, employee relations, union matters, and collective bargaining.
•Support labor investigations and employee claims, and manage compliance with applicable labor regulations.
•Handle consumer protection matters, including responses to PROFECO and similar agencies, and advise on e-commerce, marketing law, and data privacy topics.
•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and support civil/commercial matters for retail and corporate operations.
•Identify compliance risks, support implementation of the legal compliance framework in Mexico, manage disputes, and act as a legal point of contact for LATAM markets.

Key Requirements

•Law degree and a license to practice law in Mexico.
•Minimum 8 years of professional legal experience, with strong expertise in Mexican labor law.
•Experience supporting both law firm and in-house environments.
•Solid knowledge of consumer protection laws, commercial and civil law, with retail/consumer goods experience preferred.
•Proven experience drafting and negotiating contracts and assessing legal risk; fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
