Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Product Management team to develop the Amplification category product roadmap and portfolio.
  • •Secure product-market fit by ensuring offerings are desirable for users, viable for the business, and technically feasible.
  • •Analyze user and artist feedback along with market insights to understand market and consumer needs.
  • •Develop, plan, and present product vision, strategy, and roadmap; align the team around objectives, priorities, and requirements.
  • •Align go-to-market strategy with Brand & Marketing and the Sales team, and monitor user experience and market performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent.
  • •1-2 years’ experience in a product management role, preferably within the musical instrument (MI) industry.
  • •Understanding of business fundamentals.
  • •Analytical skills to interpret product metrics, user needs, and market data.
  • •Experience working in cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
