Job Summary

Lead and mentor a regional Business Development Team of BDRs, partnering with Sales, Events, Marketing, and Content to drive pipeline and account expansion. You’ll hire, onboard, coach, and coach weekly 1:1s, shaping outbound messaging and targeting key accounts in the EMEA region while aligning with leadership to optimize qualification processes and opportunity management.

Key Responsibilities

•Train other members of the BDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
•Provide coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s to improve performance and abilities.
•Plan for hiring and onboarding new BDRs.
•Collaborate with Events and Digital teams on Field events and targeted ad and nurture campaigns.
•Partner with Sales, Senior SDR Manager/Director, and Regional Sales Directors to identify key accounts for development.

Key Requirements

•Excellent spoken and written English
•Two+ years of Business Development Management experience
•Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product; leadership experience is highly preferred
•Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
•Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred
