Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership of the Safe and Secure team at facility(ies), including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and issue follow-up.
  • •Ensure effective scheduling and strengthen relationships with facility leadership across associate safety, site safety, physical security, inventory control, crisis management, and business continuity.
  • •Monitor vehicles assigned/in transit, manage vehicle exception research/tracking, and lead stolen vehicle reporting inquiries.
  • •Manage safe and secure technology infrastructure and controls at gates/access points; oversee card access and badge issuance through safe and secure technicians.
  • •Track and report KPIs and exception-based reporting, support EHS protocol implementation (including training and site assessments), and provide project management support for key market initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of Safe and Secure leadership experience, preferably including distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience directly supervising and managing a team.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong analytical, data-driven skills and experience tracking KPIs and exception-based reporting.
  • •Experience implementing risk mitigation programs and investigating and resolving theft and fraud issues; OSHA Program implementation experience preferred.
